Registration is simple. Deposit a sum of
RM100 into any of the following accounts: MAKHTAR MANSOR Maybank

to make reservation (all payments made would be channeled to the
company Fyvoeight Resources – SA0001962-M). After the completion
of the transaction, sms the informations of the transaction. The
informations shall include the following: time, date and the name
of the branch where the deposit was made, and the number of person
or persons to attend the worshop, their chosen dates/session and
their ages. Upon verification of the deposit we would reserve the
form for you and your handset number would be cited as your reference
number. We would confirm receipt of your payment and confirm the
date of your choice the soonest that we can. (Upon checking-in for
the camp/workshop, you shall fill in the required and the full balance
of the payments shall be made then).
If you want, you may also fax or email the transaction slip and the participants
details as required in the form provided below, or you may print the same
and and fax to us with complete dettails as required (you need not furnish
further details upon checking in). If the transaction is done using internet
banking, please fill in the field ‘recipient e-mail’ with
‘mokhtarhjmansor@gmail.com’ and the email we receive from
the bank would be deemed as a solid prove of the payment made.

We also have 18 rooms opened for rental. Ten of these
rooms are inside the same complex (operated under Hotel FiveOeight)
the other eight rooms are inside a terrace house and a bungalow.
The rooms inside the same complex are equipped with astro and WiFis
and the others are not equipped with the facilities. All these rooms
are opened for rentals during other periods, but during our workshops
and seminars, are specifically reserved for participants who attend
the seminar in one family, where there shall be at least one parent
and one children registered as participants. For this package, you
need to pay for the workshop alone and shall not pay for the lodging
fees but instead, you shall pay the rental according to the type
of rooms of your choice. The rates are:
RM 100 per day for standard room. – limited to two adults and one
kid.
RM 120 per day for superior room. – limited to three adults and
three kids.
RM 150 per day for family room. – limited to four adults and four
kids.
Persons of twelve years old or above are considered as adults and persons
of eleven years old and below are considered as kids.
Every room rented for the workshop purposes must be occupied for the whole
7 days. You are required to make a 30% deposit of the total rental at
the time of making your deposits or full payments for the workshop.
For participants who would stay in the dormitory, foods would be
served five times daily.
For participants who would not stay in or would stay in the rooms, foods
would be served three times daily. The exclusions be the early morning
breakfasts and dinners. (There are a number of restaurants within short
walking distance, including the Restoran Kak Adik which is part of our
training complex)
